Becoming a Member

For all residents (or property owners) of Iroquois Falls, your library membership is free!

Non-residents can also become a member, but are required to pay a non-resident fee of $25.00 per year.
Temporary or summer residents can become a member, but are also required to pay the non-resident fee, with a refund for unused yearly quarters.

Children ages 13 and under must have their registration form signed by a parent or guardian.

Loan Rules

Borrowing Limit

Adults:
Books – Unlimited
DVDs – Limit of 3

Teens:
Books – Unlimited
DVDs – Limit of 3

Children:
Books – Limit of 6
DVDs – None

Loan Periods

Books – 21 days
DVDs – 7 days

All materials are due at the library on the date printed on the receipt given at checkout.

Fines

Each borrower is responsible for all materials loaned on their card and will be invoiced for late, lost or damaged materials.

Daily Fines for overdue books is $0.25 per day per book
Daily Fines for overdue DVDs is $2.00 per day per DVD

A patron who loses or damages a book or other material will be held responsible for the reimbursement of the cost to replace the item, as well as an additional administration fee. A patron’s account will be suspended and they will be unable to take out any new material until a payment has been made.
